A: A grief circle is a guided, sacred gathering where participants are supported through breathwork, nervous system settling, guided journaling, sharing, sound bath, ritual release and closing meditation so that you can get Relief, Rest and Restoration.

A: This Grief Circle is for Black Women suffering from Grief, Loss and/or Trauma from hair loss due to harmful hair care products and/or practices, genetics, stress, chemotherapy, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiency, medical conditions, or any other type of hair loss that has created Fear, Anxiety, Stress, Fatigue, Anger, Sorrow and /or Sadness, looking to speak to what aches, soften what’s tight, be truly seen, held, heard and witnessed in sacred spaces for healing.

A: Just yourself and a quiet space. We encourage having water, a journal or piece of paper, a comfortable place and blanket (in case you run on the cool side) for the sound bath.
